Programs/Events

We are excited to introduce our Emotional Well-Being Project, specially designed for young females aged 16-25. This transformative program will begin on Thursday 24th October 2024 and run for a period of 12 weeks, offering a holistic therapeutic experience that fosters resilience and personal growth.

Our program features a combination of talk-therapy sessions and engaging well-being activities, including art, dance, and fitness. Each activity is carefully crafted to nurture emotional health, promote self-expression, and build a supportive community among participants.

This initiative operates on a referral basis only, ensuring that we can focus on helping the most vulnerable individuals in need. We are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young women facing challenges, and we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

A special thank you to The National Lottery Fund for their generous support, enabling us to provide these vital services to the females we serve in our community. Together, we can empower young women to embrace their journey towards emotional well-being.

We look forward to welcoming you to our program - You Glow, Girl!

Welcome to our Domestic Abuse Support Project, a compassionate initiative dedicated to providing vital resources and support for women who have experienced domestic abuse. Our program is designed to help individuals regain control of their lives and foster resilience through a variety of targeted well-being activities.

Our project offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can engage in talk therapy sessions, empowering workshops, and holistic well-being activities such as yoga, art, dance, and fitness. These activities are designed not only to promote physical health but also nurture emotional healing and personal growth.

Running for 12 weeks, our program aims to provide a comprehensive support system that addresses the unique needs of each participant. We understand the challenges faced by those affected by domestic abuse, and we are committed to helping them rebuild their lives and restore their sense of self-worth.

This initiative operates on a referral basis, ensuring that we reach those who are most vulnerable and in need of our services. We believe that every individual deserves  a chance to heal and thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

We are grateful for the support of the Heart of England IM Community Fund, which has made it possible for us to offer these essential services to women in our community. Together, we can create a brighter future for those who have faced adversity.

Join us in this journey  of healing and empowerment. You are not alone - together, we can rise above and reclaim your strength.
